Your rental payment will include your base rental amount. Trash is $12 per month, water/sewer are billed back to the resident based upon the floor plan size and number of occupants. Residents are responsible for setting up electricity through Ameren and internet on their own.

There is a $60 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant. There is a non-refundable administrative fee of $250 per unit. No security deposit is required with approved credit.

Yes, renters’ insurance is required before you move into your apartment home. You can either go through our preferred insurance company, Foxen, or use your own third-party insurance. We do have requirements for the insurance policy. These requirements will be sent to you with post an approved application.

At Bonhomme Village, we check income, background with criminal and rental history, and credit check. Your income must be 3 times the monthly base rent to qualify. We also screen for criminal background and perform credit checks on all adult applicants. We have a pass or fail system through our third-party screening company that links with our property management software. There are times when we will accept conditional approval with a $1,000 deposit based on your screening report. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

Yes, you can sign a lease agreement with a guarantor if you do not meet the monthly income requirement. Guarantors are required to make 5 times the monthly rental amount. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

Once someone applies, expect 3-5 business days on the approval of the rental application.

We offer 3 to 14-month lease terms. Your leasing professional can go over the available lease terms.

This information is covered in the lease agreement. Per the lease, we require a 60-day notice to vacate in writing. The termination fee is 2x the monthly rent. This amount is due 5 days after you submit your notice to vacate. Please keep in mind that you are still responsible for your rental payments and utilities until the 60 days is up. The resident is responsible for electricity and internet/cable on their own. Electricity is through Ameren and your internet provider will be AT&T, Spectrum, or Verizon. We will need your Ameren account number before giving you possession of the apartment home.

Parking is first come, first served and with ample parking for all. We do offer Covered Parking at $50/month and Garages at $175/month.

Yes, we allow all pets with no restrictions. Exotic animals and endangered species are an exception. We do only allow 2 pets per apartment unless authorized in writing. Once someone applies, we use a third-party pet screening company for details on your animal. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. There is monthly pet rent of $25 per pet each month.

We have a model unit which is 2 beds, 1 bath 940 sq ft. We do prefer to show available apartments that are move-in ready of the floorplan that you are interested in. We also have floor plans, photos, videos and information available on our website.

Yes, we can send you a link for a tour upon request. It is easier to schedule an in-person tour with our leasing staff. We also have photos and floor plans on our website.

Yes, we are conveniently located close to many shopping and dining establishments. We have Schnucks, Dierbergs, AMC theatre, Trader Joes, Panda Express, Starbucks and much more in proximity. We are minutes away from Brentwood Commons where you can find anything and everything.

We are in Ladue School District. The Elementary School is Old Bonhomme Elementary School, the Middle School is Ladue Middle School and High School is Ladue High School.
